60th Birthday Party and Cruise

(passports will be required)

Just wanted to let everyone know about the 60th birthday party and cruise that will be held June, 2008.  We will sail to the Bahamas on Thursday, June 5th for a 4-night Carnival Cruise, and return on the following Monday.  We will have a party and band on the cruise, and we will all be scheduled for the same time for our meals. 

By booking the cruise early, I was able to get us a great rate. Prices are as follows: 

Interior Room - $409.00 + tax = $448.00/person
Ocean View Room - $459.00 + tax = $498.00/person
(Anyone that served two years in the military will get an additional discount)

After paying a deposit of $150.00/person, you have until April, 2008 to finish paying.  If you find out that you can't go on the cruise after you have paid, you will be refunded your money until April 2008.  After
April, you can take out the insurance guaranteeing all your money will be refunded if you don't go.  The insurance is very reasonable.

General admission - $10 per person advance pay.  For this price you get entry to the reunion, unlimited soft drinks and snacks. 
 
Lunch - $8 per person includes 2 hotdogs and chips or 2 hamburgers and chips or 1 hotdog and 1 hamburger and chips.  Serving hours 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM Provided by Munchies Bar-b-que
 
Dinner - $12.00 per person includes bar-b-que chicken, pulled pork and pork ribs with beans and slaw.  Serving hours 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Provided by Munchies bar-b-que
 
Dessert donations will be accepted.
 
Deadline for advance pay is 2 weeks prior (June 21).  Walk-in general admission will be $15 per person.  Lunch and dinner may or may not be available to walk-ins.
 
Dress will be casual.  No small children.
Several Share/Share Drawings will be held throughout the afternoon and evening.
